Welcome to the recap for Summer House Season 10, Episode 7. Last week, Bailey got messy when she “joked” that Ben wanted to hook up with Amanda. And Ben did not take kindly to that accusation. Meanwhile, Ciara and West got extra flirty during a night out, reigniting the old flame between them. But neither felt comfortable discussing their feelings towards one another. Would Ciara and West go for a round two? Here’s exactly what went down in Summer House Season 10, Episode 7: “Make Ups and Make Outs.”

A scandalous game of Spin the Bottle had Bailey and Ben literally kissing and making up. However, Bailey’s crush on Ben was now officially dunzo. There was a new crush brewing for her, and that was with Carl. Kyle and Amanda continued to have relationship woes when Kyle announced his DJ career wasn’t ending anytime soon. And West finally gave Ciara a sincere apology about doing a press tour after they broke up. But was it too little too late?

After a long day at the winery, everyone was down for a night in. And that meant it was time to play Spin the Bottle: Truth or Dare edition. Everyone sat, boy, girl, boy, girl, and in a twist of fate, Bailey got put right next to Ben. In her confessional she lamented, “The universe is torturing me!”
The game was mostly dares that ranged from a peck on the cheek to a full make-out sesh. And guess who got the full make-out sesh? Ben and Bailey. After they kissed, Mia shouted, “The house is healed!”
While random kisses were happening, West scooched his chair closer to Ciara and put his hand on her back. Ciara broke the fourth wall and rolled her eyes at the camera. She asked West, “What are you holding on to me for?” West didn’t respond, but it had to be a more comfortable way of flirting rather than his usual MO of sitting on top of her.
Ciara said in her confessional, “I think it’s very clear that we miss each other and we miss our friendship. And like look, we’re probably still attracted to each other. But, hey, we’re in a weird state of limbo. And so it’s all just coming out so disorganized and a bit crazy.”
When it came time for West and Ciara to make out, Ciara shut down with a quickness, so the game concluded. Afterwards, Ben decided to do damage control and apologized to Bailey. He told her she could still think he was “a d*ck.”
Bailey said, “I don’t want to think you’re a d*ck. I thought you were hot and funny.” And with that, the two hugged it out, and Bailey confirmed her crush on Ben was officially “dead.”

Back in the city, Bailey called up Carl to meet up for coffee. She missed him and wanted to spill the tea about what happened over the weekend. Carl was quickly becoming a good friend, but was there something more between them?
Meanwhile, things seemed to be moving full steam ahead with KJ and Dara. She met up with him for some boxing lessons, which happened to coincide with her flirting style. If a man could take her jabs, it was a promising start. Although she did not jab at KJ. Instead things were going swimmingly, so KJ invited her to the house this weekend.
Things weren’t going as swimmingly between Amanda and Kyle. When Kyle shared he was about to sign with a manager for his DJ career, he did not get the reaction he was hoping for. Amanda said, “I didn’t marry a DJ. And all the sudden I’m now the wife of one. Do you see this being a long-term thing?”
Much to Amanda’s dismay, Kyle said yes. In his confessional, Kyle said he didn’t understand why Amanda didn’t see this as a good thing.
He said, “I’m making money doing DJ gigs, but I’m also getting Loverboy into venues that normally charge. I just don’t understand she doesn’t see it from my perspective. She could care less about my business, my debt, my employees … our financial future. You’d think that would matter to Amanda.”
Amanda wondered where she fit in this equation. Kyle shrugged his shoulders and mentioned it was better than him being in the apartment all day. Amanda noted that didn’t have to be the case; they could be doing things together. When Kyle didn’t budge, Amanda seemed to just give up.

On the way up to the house, Carl dished to West and KJ that he had gone on a date with Bailey. Cut to Carl asking Bailey, “Well, I’ve been seeing you on your flirting journey. I mean, are we flirting now?” Bailey responded, “Yeah! Are we?” Carl replied, “I think?” These two are a perfect match for each other.
Carl shared in his confessional he recently started vibing with her. He said, “But over the last month I’ve been vibing with her, and I find a depth of conversation with her that I really enjoy. So, yeah, I have a little bit of a crush.” Sadly for him, Bailey was not coming up this weekend as well.
Meanwhile, Mia and Amanda rode up together. Mia dished about visiting her boyfriend Scott in Miami for his restaurant opening. She said, “I’m so overly proud of him. I feel like I’ve been kind of a b*tch the last few weeks. Like we’re doing the long-distance thing.” Amanda said, “You can still be frustrated and proud.”
Soon everyone, including Lindsay, had arrived. Lindsay pulled the girls aside and asked Ciara about West rubbing her back. Mia cut to the chase. She said, “Well, I have my own theory. I think he’s in love with you.”
She added, “I think West is in love with you. I do. That doesn’t mean you have to be in love with him.” Still, Ciara thought that West would never admit it, even if it were true.
Lindsay told Ciara, “I would never, ever, ever give Carl ever another shot in life.” But would Ciara give West another shot? Ciara said, “Okay, when you put it like that, I don’t know if I’m ‘never ever.’” Mia concluded, “So, the door is open.”

At Kyle’s birthday dinner, Kyle had to ask Amanda to sit next to him and beg her to share her lychee martini. Things were not looking good. However, things were looking good for Bailey and Carl. He said they had a nice conversation even though she shared Lindsay gave him a “two thumbs down.”
Lindsay quipped, “I said he probably won’t have sex with you, but he’s a great conversationalist.” Still, a halfway positive comment from Lindsay was a win for Carl.
Carl then mentioned he ran into KJ with Dara. Everyone thought they were going too fast. The girls joked Jesse should give him advice on what not to do after his warp-speed romance with Lexi Wood. Amanda chimed in not to talk to the press. All eyes moved onto West.
West then gave an apology to Ciara for how he handled the press. He shared, “I don’t think I just knew any better. But it is gross to talk about the relationship publicly, and I don’t think I really grasped that until I was on the other side of it.”
Ciara added there was extra pressure on her because of the blowback she gets for publicly dating white guys. KJ agreed and noted he has to make sure he’s thinking twenty steps ahead on how others perceive him.
Amanda said, “I think it’s our job to just be family and support one another instead of giving people opportunities to tear one another down.” She told Ciara, “I love you very much.”
Summer House airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. It can be streamed on Peacock the next day.
