Today, the queen of Spain stepped out in a hot-pink tweed midi dress that she wore last winter, during her and husband King Felipe VI’s three-day state visit to China.

This time, the occasion was the couple’s welcome of the Spanish Paralympic team for the Milano‑Cortina 2026 winter games. The pair received the athletes at Zarzuela Palace in Madrid, and Letizia indeed looked striking in her vibrant look next to the pro athletes in black-and-white uniforms.

The monarch’s pink midi has a subtle cowl neckline and mid-length sleeves with elegantly frayed hems. The frayed details also decorate the design at the waist and hip.

Last year, she wore the piece with black kitten heels featuring large buckles, and Carolina Herrera’s Victoria Insignia satchel bag in black leather. She also added a quirky touch with her jewelry: dangly drop earrings composed of different colored gems. A true, royal outfit repeater, Letizia styled the dress the exact same way today—down to the jewelry and her signature maroon smoky eye, pink lip, and easy waves. Why change what already works?
