Born in Charlotte, N.C., in 1983, Chase began racing when he was just six years old. He was one of several professional drivers in his family alongside brother Nick and their grandfather Tom, who is a two-time NASCAR Cup Series race winner.
Over the course of his career, Chase won over 80 feature events in Legends, Late Model, and USAR racing. That includes four separate Summer Shootout Champions Legends wins between the years of 1999 and 2005. He continued to compete in events until 2007.
