In a new promo for Beat Bobby Flay, Flay was asked what the show's theme song should be
"The theme song would definitely be ‘I’m not a player, I just crush a lot’ ... ‘Cause I crush a lot of garlic," Flay joked
Two guests on the latest episode, Shark Tank’s Lori Greiner and chef Scott Conant, also offered their own suggestions
Bobby Flay crushes a lot … of garlic.
In a new promo for Beat Bobby Flay, Shark Tank’s Lori Greiner and chef Scott Conant weigh in on what the Food Network series’ theme song should be.
“I say it would be Queen’s ‘We Are the Champions’,” Greiner offers.
“You’re nicer than I am,” jokes Conant, who then suggests “Eat It,” “Weird Al” Yankovic’s 1984 parody of Michael Jackson’s hit “Beat It.”
Finally, Flay gives his answer, declaring, “The theme song would definitely be ‘I’m not a player, I just crush a lot.’”
He’s, of course, referring to the lyrics of Big Pun's 1998 hit "Still Not a Player."
“‘Cause I crush a lot of garlic,” the culinary star then explains.
Flay teased an exciting new project during a recent episode of his podcast, Bobby on the Beat.

“I am starting a new series for Food Network,” the chef, 61, told guest Heather Graham, 56, on the April 13 episode.
“I can't really tell you what it is, but it's going to be, I think, the quintessential Food Network show,” he continued. “It's going to be obviously about cooking. It's going to have some sort of professional cooking environment in it, for sure. I think it's going to answer a lot of questions of how do you do your job, so to speak, when it comes to chefs and cooks in the restaurant business.”

Flay added that he’s looking forward to making the show, which has been in the works for a while.
“This is something I've been working on for, I don't know, two and a half, three years,” he shared. “We're going to pick up the cameras and we're going to shoot it. That's basically going to take up my April, for sure.”
Another one of Flay’s shows, BBQ Brawl, returns this month.
The trailer, which PEOPLE exclusively debuted on April 29, gives a first look at Flay’s girlfriend Brooke Williamson in her new role after transitioning from judge to team captain in the seventh season of the Food Network series.
The sneak peek also teases friendly competition between the couple and fellow captain Maneet Chauhan, whose team won season 6 of the barbecue showdown.
