Blake Lively is enjoying a quiet moment at home this holiday season.

The Gossip Girl alum, 38, offered a look inside her cozy holiday plans in a post shared to her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Dec. 28.

"Nothing better... Family, hot cookies, ice cold milk (yes with ice [if you know, you know]), a fire, mahjong, a sparkly Britney Spears inspired water bottle, snow outside and a new season of Fixer Upper," Lively wrote, referring to the beloved home renovation franchise starring Chip and Joanna Gaines. "My heaven," she concluded.

The caption was written in white over a photo of the festive setup, with a sparkling Christmas tree peeking out in the corner. The evergreen appeared to be positioned directly in front of a window that revealed a glimpse of snow-covered shrubbery outside.

Above the fireplace, her mantel is overflowing with decorative greenery and pinecones.

Clearly impressed by Lively's festive display, Joanna reposted the photo to her own Instagram Stories and added, "dreamy set up," along with multiple heart eyes emojis. Lively is a longtime fan of Chip and Joanna and has previously expressed how much she admires the pair and enjoys watching Fixer Upper.

Days before Christmas, a source told PEOPLE the actress is "focused" on the holidays amid her legal battle with her It Ends With Us costar Justin Baldoni, which has been ongoing since December 2024.

Lively, who shares four children with husband Ryan Reynolds, is "staying focused on the present as she heads into the holiday, prioritizing time with her family above all else."

"While she continues to balance work, including promoting her hair line, her mindset right now is about being a mom and creating a special Christmas for her kids," the source added. "Anything beyond this is something she plans to take on when the time comes.""Her mentality is very much 'next year is next year.' Right now, it's all about the kids and family time."

In December 2024, Lively sued Baldoni, 41, and others for sexual harassment and retaliation, which Baldoni has denied. She seeks $160 million in damages, alleging that she has lost acting opportunities and suffered financial losses in her business ventures.

The same day, the actor-director filed his own lawsuit for $400 million for civil extortion and defamation against The New York Times, Lively, Reynolds, 48, and publicist Leslie Sloane. The countersuit was dismissed in June 2025.

One year after the bombshell legal battle began, Lively's attorneys said in a statement that she has "persevered against a billionaire-financed effort to try to 'bury' her, her family and businesses through retaliatory lawsuits and a relentless media and digital campaign."

They added that the A Simple Favor actress is "more determined than ever to shine a light on the forces that work behind the scenes to silence and discredit women who dare speak up. "

Baldoni's attorney, Bryan Freedman, issued a statement in December acknowledging the one-year mark.

"My clients are deeply grateful for the support and kind words they've received over the past year," he said. "We trust that the truth will ultimately prevail, and the care that so many have shown has been a meaningful source of strength during an incredibly challenging time."

"At the same time, we recognize that there are many other issues affecting the world that deserve even greater attention and compassion, particularly at this time of year," continued Freedman. "We hope the focus remains on supporting those who need it most and that we continue to look out for one another this holiday season."

The trial over Lively's claims is slated to go to court in New York City in May 2026.
